🏠🌆 Real Estate Sales Consultant 🗓️ 📞



Salary: £32,000 (£55,000 - £60,000 OTE - uncapped ) + benefits

Hours: 40 hours (5 days Monday - Sunday - rota pattern)

Start: Immediate (notice periods considered)

Contract: Permanent - (onsite)

🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting for a Real Estate Sales Consultant to deliver an unparalleled and sophisticated service to both prospective and existing customers, for a well-established, luxury real estate business.



💫 The Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant role requires someone who can create an extraordinary customer experience that aligns seamlessly with the prestigious commitments and aspirations of this company's vision.



🤓 Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;



* Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, agent-led tours, and handle walk-in inquiries and phone calls professionally.
* Facilitate viewings and maintain communication with overseas teams while updating agents on pricing and availability.
* Ensure the sales suite, show homes, and facilities are welcoming, safe, and fully stocked with updated materials.
* Manage sales suite operations in the development manager’s absence, ensuring all areas are well-presented.
* Actively source leads through proactive outreach, call-outs, and agent collaboration while leveraging marketing leads.
* Optimize the sales database, responding promptly to inquiries with tailored information to maximize conversions.
* Minimize cancellations by liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors to progress reservations effectively.
* Develop marketing tools, including promotional videos, feature plots, and fact sheets, to support outreach efforts.
* Attend sales meetings, propose new ideas and incentives, and network at industry events.
* Support snagging processes, produce reports, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Consistently meet performance standards, including mystery shop evaluations.
* Mentor the sales team, promoting collaboration and best practices.
* Adhere to all internal processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.

* Experience with property developers, ideally in a marketing suite environment.
* Background in New Homes sales, preferably with an estate agency.
* Strong knowledge of the sales progression process.

* Adaptable, proactive, results-focused, and a collaborative team player with unwavering integrity.
