OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Permanent Full-Time 37 hours/week 8.30am-4.30pm, Salary TBC JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: Open and distribute post. Take telephone messages and handle queries via telephone, face-toface and email. Provide clerical support to Manager, Officers, Convenors, and to the committees. Maintain diary of meetings and events. Responsible for daily cash sales and banking. Handle bookings coming through the club for members, visitors, societies and businesses. Maintain member database. Photocopying and filing and general admin duties as required. Who we are looking for General admin experience and use of Microsoft 365 is essential. Knowledge of Sage Accounting and Payroll would be advantageous. Interest and understanding of Golf preferred but not mandatory.
