We're currently looking for a Labourer/Driver to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and experience in landscaping or construction.
What You'll Do
* Load and unload aggregates and building materials
* Deliver materials to job sites using a small tipper van
* Keep the yard clean, safe, and organised
* Help mix cement and prepare materials on-site
* Assist the landscaping team with garden and driveway builds
* Carry out basic checks on tools and equipment
* Follow all health & safety procedures
* Communicate effectively with the team and represent the company professionally
What We're Looking For
* Full UK driving licence (required)
* 1+ year of driving experience (preferred)
* Previous experience in landscaping or construction (preferred)
* Comfortable with physical labour and working outdoors
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* A proactive and positive attitude – we value a "can-do" mindset
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
