Site Manager - (12 Month Contract) - Racking Installation
About The Company
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a large-scale warehouse racking installation project on a 12-month contract. You will take full responsibility for site operations, coordination of contractors, health & safety compliance, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on warehouse, industrial, or racking installation projects
* Strong understanding of CDM regulations and safe working practices
* SMSTS certification (Essential)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
* CSCS card and First Aid certification preferred
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day site operations for the racking installation project
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure efficient workflow
* Maintain strict compliance with health & safety standards
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular inspections
* Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager
* Ensure quality control throughout the installation phases
* Manage site documentation, RAMS, and progress reports
