An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SharePoint Developer to join our client. Based in the Leicestershire area, this role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping our digital workplace. We are seeking a highly capable SharePoint specialist with strong development skills, governance expertise, and experience in supporting Microsoft 365 environments. This role is central to the design, development, support, and governance of our SharePoint Online platform, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of SharePoint Online solutions, including site architecture, SPFx components, Power Automate workflows, and custom integrations.
2. Act as a 3rd line support expert for SharePoint Online, resolving complex technical issues and providing escalation support.
3. Implement and maintain governance frameworks, including permissions management, lifecycle policies, and compliance configurations.
