Job Title: Head of People
Location: Birmingham (4 days on-site and 1-day WFH)
Salary: £55 - 58K plus Employee Benefits
My client is recruiting for a Head of People to be responsible for leading a small People Team in all aspects of the human resources function within their c. 1000 Employee organisation as they continue to grow their business. This encompasses strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, and recruitment initiatives. The Head of People will work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the organisations overall objectives and foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. This role would suit a Seasoned HR/People Manager or a senior People/HR Business Partner looking to move into HR/People Manager Role.

Skills Required
* Extensive HR experience, (any sector, although experience in the Care sector would be beneficial)

* A collaborative leader who can mentor and develop their team
* Experience working with Unions desirable
* Ability to work 4 days per week at Birmingham Head Office
