Overview
As the HR officer, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and customer-focused HR service that supports staff and senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact within the team for staff enquiries.
* Handle day‑to‑day HR administrative processes, including new starters, probation, and absence management.
* Contribute to maintaining robust systems and records, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for employees.
Pattern of Working
This is a full‑time post, with flexible working arrangements considered to meet the needs of the Senedd and its Members.
The role will be agile, featuring a mixture of office and home working. You will be provided with the support and equipment needed to work from home. There will be a requirement to attend the office in Ty Hywel, Cardiff Bay to suit business needs.
Please note recruitment will normally be at the minimum of the band.
