Finishing / Site Manager – New Build Residential Location: Oxford Rate: Competitive DOE Contract: Minimum 6-Month Contract Start Date: Immediate / ASAP About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing / Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a new build residential development in Oxford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all finishing trades, ensuring high-quality standards are achieved, coordinating subcontractors, and driving plots through to completion and handover. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused Site Manager with strong residential experience to join a busy project with an established contractor.
