HR Manager Position
A progressive opportunity has arisen to work for a well-established, award-winning specialist company and expanding organization as an HR Manager. This role reports to the Head of HR and offers the right candidate the chance to support growth plans, influence company culture, and lead an existing team.
Initially, the role requires on-site work 5 days a week, 37.5 hours per week, with travel to other offices. The HR Manager will lead the HR function operationally as a generalist, adopting a people-focused approach across the organization.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Degree educated with proven operational and strategic HR experience.
* Demonstrated track record of innovation, creativity, teamwork, resilience, and adaptability to change.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to build relationships.
* Understanding of analytics and experience working with HR systems.
Long-term, there may be flexibility for hybrid working, although initially, on-site presence is required. The role offers an exceptionally competitive benefits package, including a bonus aligned with performance.
