Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, develop and implement HR strategies promoting transformation and growth, advise on talent management, and support workforce planning.
2. Employee Relations & Performance Management: Lead employee relations cases, advise on performance strategies, and support engagement programs.
3. Talent Acquisition & Succession Planning: Oversee recruitment, manage talent pipeline, and guide leadership development.
4. Learning & Development: Develop L&D strategies, champion leadership programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. HR Systems & Processes: Optimize HR systems, implement metrics, and ensure system accuracy.
6. Policy Development & Compliance: Lead policy development, stay updated on legal changes, and oversee HR operations for compliance.
7. Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, culture change programs, and provide coaching during transitions.
8. People Development & Coaching: Mentor HR team members and coach leaders on leadership and performance.
9. Employee Benefits & Wellness: Manage benefits and wellness programs, and design recognition initiatives.

Person Specification:
Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, with proven HR leadership experience.
Experience: Extensive HR experience in strategic and operational roles, in dynamic environments, with skills in employee relations, change management, and HR systems. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential. Demonstrates a passion for leadership development, business acumen, adaptability, and relationship building.
