Main Responsibilities As Customer Service Manager you will lead the customer service team, ensure pricing and invoicing accuracy, improve customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement. You will deal with customer enquiries, complaints, order support and resolution and manage pricing creation, updates, governance, and system accuracy. The Customer Service Manager provides support to the Sales and Operations teams by planning processes and collaboration with the logistics team to maximise fleet efficiency while delivering to customer KPIs. The Ideal Candidate As Customer Services Manager you will have customer service leadership experience and an understanding of pricing and invoicing. You will have used CRM/ERP systems and be a strong communicator.
