What You'll Be Doing:

* Chatting with walk-in customers and contractors to understand their needs.

* Recommending the right equipment—and making their life easier.

* Spotting upsell opportunities (without the hard sell).

* Building strong local relationships that keep customers coming back.

* Helping hit branch targets with a friendly, consultative approach.
