Our client is a well-established, regionally based contractor with a strong track record of delivering both commercial and residential schemes ranging from £2M to £7M. With a growing portfolio of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new 17-unit development for a respected regional social housing provider.
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the scheme from inception through to completion. You will be expected to manage all aspects of site operations, including:
* Programme and budget control
* Ensuring high standards of quality and safety
* Stakeholder engagement and management
* Coordination of subcontractors and on-site teams
* Driving project progress and ensuring timely delivery
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Site Management role
* Demonstrable track record in delivering social housing schemes
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and construction processes
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications (preferred)
