Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flooring Site Manager based in Bristol but often working remotely. The Flooring Site Manager will oversee daily activities on-site, supervise installation teams, inspect work quality, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role includes ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations, coordinating materials and logistics, and maintaining clear communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality results. The role requires effective leadership to manage day-to-day site operations and resolve any issues that arise efficiently.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
* Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and ability to implement safe work practices
* Excellent Communication skills for client and team correspondence
* Proficiency in conducting detailed site Inspections and ensuring workmanship quality
* Experience managing flooring or construction projects is highly desirable
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications is an advantage
* CSCS accreditation and understanding of CITB Health and Safety standards beneficial
* Proven organizational and time management skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
