The Group HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR for approx 300 employees based onsite on Doncaster. A generalist role working in the heart of the operation partnering the Directors. Description Work closely with the SLT across the business. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent. Support managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
