This role is responsible for managing key reward activities and projects in alignment with the William Grant & Sons Reward Strategy. You will play a crucial part in shaping and implementing fair, competitive, and effective pay, bonus, and benefits structures. By leveraging data analysis, market insights, and best practices, you will ensure that our reward programs support business objectives, enhance employee experience, and remain compliant with local and global regulations.
