The role of HR Administrator:
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
* Support onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide timely responses to employees.
* Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documentation.
* Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
* Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant policies and regulations.
* Assist with payroll and benefits administration as required.
The ideal HR Administrator:
