We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of the quality function across two established and forward-thinking business units. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you’ll play a key part in shaping quality strategy, maintaining standards like ISO 9001, and delivering continuous improvement across manufacturing and design. You’ll work closely with operational teams to embed quality into everything we do – from processes to products – helping to ensure we continue to exceed expectations in an evolving, high-performance environment. What you’ll be doing: Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and relevant standards. Lead non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements across manufacturing and design. Manage supplier quality through audits, performance reviews, and issue resolution. Handle customer complaints with a proactive and improvement-focused mindset. Lead internal and external audits to maintain compliance and readiness. Apply quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Process Capability) to improve operational performance. Work alongside engineering and operations teams to embed quality best practice. What you’ll need: Experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer in a manufacturing setting. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and hands-on experience maintaining Quality Management Systems. Skilled in quality tools including RCA, CAPA, FMEA and risk-based thinking. Strong communicator and confident working with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement. Eligibility for SC clearance due to occasional work in military and defence environments.
