Job Introduction

The role
To provide a responsive and preventative service to assist the Tradespersons to repair and maintain the Council's housing stock and buildings across Redditch Borough.
Key Requirements
* Material delivery to site, waste collections, assisting trades to deliver repairs and maintenance to council stock.
* Undertaking loft insulation installation/replacement
* Hold a full clean uk driving license.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
* work on various general maintenance tasks as required
Skills & experience
* Hold a full clean uk driving license
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills while being adaptable to work requirements.
* Ability to perform physical tasks and operate basic tools and equipment.
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Previous experience in construction or property maintenance related fields.
