About the Role
An opportunity for a proactive
HR Administrator
to support an HR consultancy team. If you're passionate about people and detail-driven, this role offers an incredible opportunity to work with diverse clients and gain hands-on HR experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the full new starter process for clients—contracts, right to work checks, onboarding
* Managing our client onboarding process
* Setting up employees on HR systems like Breathe HR and iHasco
* Drafting and updating HR documentation (e.g. contracts, policies, handbooks, maternity documents, etc.)
* Supporting HR Consultants with employee meetings, e.g. disciplinaries, investigations and consultation meetings
* Managing HR records and document templates
* Tracking sickness, holidays and system updates
* Conducting exit interviews and gathering key feedback
* Handling diary management, email communications and client interactions
* Attending networking events and assisting with testimonials
Who We're Looking For
A detail-oriented, professional, and friendly team player who's passionate about HR. Ideally, you'll have:
* Previous experience in HR administration (consultancy experience is a plus)
* Strong communication skills and willingness to liaise directly with clients.
* Confidence using HR software.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* A warm and adaptable approach to client interactions.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
