The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Senior Sales Executive for the Health Information Systems Division (HISD), you will drive year-over-year sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, while also expanding, upselling, and renewing existing customer relationships. Your focus will be on promoting Solventum’s enterprise AI-powered software platform—including speech recognition, ambient listening, autonomous clinical coding, data analytics, and consultancy services—to help healthcare organizations improve documentation accuracy, data quality, and reimbursement outcomes. You’ll collaborate with a diverse and innovative global team to make a meaningful impact by: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and divisional sales targets. Identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads into credible sales opportunities. Knowledge and demonstrable experience selling complex high value (£500K) technology and consultancy solutions across multiple departments in large hospital systems. Deliver impactful customer presentations, demonstrating value to C-suite level stakeholders and guiding contracts through to closure. Maintain and expand a strong industry network using varied methods, including social, digital, and in-person engagement. Utilize a full range of virtual and onsite sales techniques. Support formal tender processes and documentation. Represent HISD at trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer demonstrations. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or IT, or equivalent through experience Proven success in selling and delivering complex technology and consultancy solutions valued at £500K into large hospital systems. AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 7 years demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience managing client relationships at executive/C-suite level. Prior experience with A.I. speech recognition, ambient listening, autonomous clinical coding, data analytics, and consultancy services or Health IT solutions is a strong advantage. Current, valid Driver’s License Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Proven ‘hunter’ sales mentality, with a drive to close new business. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate for healthcare and HealthTech Strategic thinker with high business acumen.
