Location: Newcastle, North East England and Scotland
THE ROLE: As a Regional Sales Executive in this region, you will identify potential projects and present innovative, fit-for-purpose industrial lighting solutions. You will work within an established division, focusing on delivering bespoke solutions to critical infrastructure customers such as major docks, ports, airports, and rail networks. Collaborating with a team of salespeople, you will pitch lighting solutions to M&E consultants, contractors, and directly to end users. You will assist in design, layout, and project fulfillment, providing an excellent opportunity to be involved in full project sales. This role suits a high-performing sales professional with existing relationships with consultants and contractors in the region. Success depends on strong relationships with engineers and contractors, a hunter mentality, high motivation, and a background in field sales is preferred.

Candidate Criteria:
· 1-2 years of field sales experience, ideally within industrial or construction sectors
· Driven to build a career, proactively generate activity and new business
· Ability to present technical solutions, pitch, and manage projects
· A consultative, professional salesperson with a proactive approach to new business development
· Knowledge of lighting, electrical systems, or technical drawings is desirable but not essential
Salary: Up to £38,000 basic, plus up to £15k OTE (uncapped), company car/allowance, mobile, laptop, 20 days holiday, pension scheme
