HR Admin Assistant – Permanent | £25,000 | Hybrid | Lanarkshire Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for an HR Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client based in Lanarkshire. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of £25,000 and a flexible hybrid working model. The role is ideal for a motivated and well-organised individual looking to further their career within a dynamic HR environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team * Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR systems * Assist with recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and offer letters * Support the onboarding and induction of new employees * Respond to general HR queries and escalate issues as needed * Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications * Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred * Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail * Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel * Proactive, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion * CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it would be advantageous but is not essential What’s on Offer: * Permanent position with a salary of £25,000 * Hybrid working pattern (mix of office and home working) * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Discretionary annual bonus * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Pension scheme and access to additional employee benefits
