Youll be preparing freshly made dishes and baked goods in a relaxed, customer-focused setting. The role offers some flexibility, with 3 to 5 days per week depending on your availability and needs. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a selection of brunches, lunches, and afternoon tea items Ensure food is served fresh, to a high standard, and attractively presented Support with kitchen organisation, stock control, and ingredient ordering Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times Help create new seasonal dishes or specials as needed About You: Previous experience as a cook in a café, tearoom, or similar kitchen setting Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Passion for good food and homemade cooking Reliable, organised, and able to work calmly under pressure A team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail Whats on Offer: Competitive pay depending on experience Sociable daytime hours no evening shifts Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunity to contribute ideas to the menu
