The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day performance of the Penrith site, ensuring operational excellence while leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Managing daily site operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accountability
* Leading, motivating, and developing a high‑performing team
* Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining quality standards
* Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to improve processes and workflows
* Driving continuous improvement, profitability, and site performance
About You
* Proven leadership ability with operational or technical experience
* Experience in the automotive/accident repair sector
* Ambitious, proactive, and ready to step into or grow within a leadership role
* A resilient, strategic thinker with a passion for people development and performance
* Hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving skills
