Head of HR / Personnel - Community Case Management
About the Role
Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in UK clinical case management? CCM Ltd (Community Case Management Limited) is looking for a Head of HR / Personnel to join our senior leadership team in a pivotal, purpose-driven role.
This is a permanent, full-time position based largely at our offices in Blackwell, Shipston-on-Stour. Flexibility may be available by agreement.

What You'll Do
* Lead complex employee relations casework - including disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance matters - with professionalism and care
* Provide clear, evidence-based HR guidance to our Case Managers
* Ensure full compliance with UK Employment Law, CQC Safer Recruitment requirements, and Home Office Right to Work obligations
* Maintain audit-ready personnel files and DBS processes
* Drive effective recruitment campaigns and support candidate selection for directly employed support worker roles
* Build and sustain trusted relationships with Case Managers, clients, families, Deputies and Solicitors
* Lead and support the HR/Recruitment team, including staff supervision
* Contribute to quality assurance, HR systems development, and a culture of excellence
What We're Looking For
* Minimum three years' experience in UK clinical case management within the litigation field
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law
* Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters
* Understanding of CQC Safer Recruitment and regulatory requirements
* Collaborative, senior-level working style
* CIPD qualification (or working towards)
* Experience with directly employed support worker models
* Experience supporting organisations through regulatory audit or inspection
