Job Description
The Sales Development team builds incremental revenue by selling into non‑traditional retail and wholesale customers, seeking out new revenue streams and pursuing bulk sale opportunities.
This integral role will provide higher‑level admin support to the Non‑Traditional sales team and act as a point of contact for our customers.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities
* Provide administrative support to the Non‑Trade sector of the Sales Development team including:
o Management of deal trackers
o Raising costings for specialist printings
o Processing customer orders and invoicing direct deliveries
o Putting together customer presentations
o Communicating clearly with sales, publishing, distribution and marketing colleagues to obtain all the information required to service and sell to our customers effectively
o Answering customer queries quickly and effectively
o Overseeing all reserves, stock management and liaising with the ops team
o Managing and developing own accounts
o Providing support on non‑trade key accounts and liaising directly with customers
