Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Crewe, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer inquiries, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and close deals will directly impact your success and our organisation's growth.
* Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and courteous service
* Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining fit with our products and services
* Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales while maintaining profitability
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base
* Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications
* 2-3 years of proven experience in inbound sales or outbound sales
* Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
* Proficiency with CRM software and sales automation tools
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
* Active listening and consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer pain points
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach to handling objections
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a target-driven environment
* Sales certifications or professional development in sales techniques (preferred)
