Freelance Site Manager Job I Refurb & Extension Project I Long Term I Start ASAP Your new company My client are seeking a highly capable Freelance Site Manager to lead the refurbishment and extension of a school in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a meaningful project that will directly benefit the local community and education sector. Your new role Oversee all on-site activities related to the refurbishment and extension works.Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness.Liaise with school representatives and stakeholders to minimise disruption to school operations.Monitor progress and produce regular site reports.Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards.
