Site Manager Location: Brierley Hill, West Midlands Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established regional construction contractor operating across the Midlands and surrounding areas. Based from our Brierley Hill Head Office, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all on-site operations from commencement through to completion * Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards * Monitor progress and maintain accurate site records and reporting * Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams * Lead site meetings and manage any on-site issues proactively * Drive productivity and maintain a positive, safety-focused site culture Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry (main contractor experience preferred) * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Excellent knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practice * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential * Full UK driving licence required Benefits: * Competitive salary and company vehicle or allowance * Pension scheme and annual leave package * Long-term career progression within a supportive environment * Opportunity to deliver diverse and high-quality construction projects For more information, please call Rhys Jones in ITS Cheltenham office
