Site Manager - Social Housing Planned works
Salary: £46,000 + car allowance or company vehicle

Based in Oldbury
Role Summary
We are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit a proactive Site Manager to deliver a planned works project for Social Housing in Oldbury. This is a client facing role. You will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers.
Responsibilities
* Control the overall direction of the contract and maintain financial control.
* Work in partnership with the client and client representatives to ensure high quality service delivery.
* Cost control and subcontractor management.
* Implement short, mid and long term programmes for the various work streams.
* Carry out onsite inspections, investigations, enquiries, prepare reports and offer solutions to maintain continuous improvement.
* Hand over properties on time, working to strict key performance indicators.
* Liaise with the client and contract administrators.
* Oversee health and safety on the site.
* Manage and control site administration and staff.
* Schedule and procure materials.
* Chair sub-contractor progress meetings.
* Liaise with Design Teams, Client Representatives and Consultants.
* Program works using MS Project.
Requirements
* Experience delivering refurbishment/planned works projects for Social Housing with a reputable main contractor.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong health and safety standards and site management capabilities.
* Hands-on, proactive management style with a clear ability to drive sites and maintain presence on site.
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
