Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience with REST, JSON, and be capable of building clean architecture using TDD and BDD for mobile platforms. A positive, 'can-do' attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and effective communication skills are crucial, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that each initiative has a clear definition of done and that the features are met.
* Communicate complicated problems succinctly and accurately to a team with diverse skill sets.
* Exhibit cross-functional behavior and support other competencies within the company.
* Negotiate and find compromises to balance best practices with expediency and long-term maintenance costs.
* Demonstrate and promote good practices in your professional field to other team members.
* Propose new technologies, processes, or tools to improve efficiency while considering future maintenance costs and consistency across product teams.
* Make realistic commitments and strive to meet them.
* Maintain and improve engineering practices and software quality through methodologies like TDD, pairing, peer review, and static analysis.
* Support the product owner and development lead with accurate estimates appropriate for the development lifecycle stage.
* Assist the QA team in identifying, describing, and resolving defects.
* Collaborate with the BA in elaborating requirements.
* Take responsibility for the delivery lifecycle, from idea through marketing, sales, and operations.
* Manage your own training and development needs.
* Attend industry events and share insights with the team.
