Your new role
1. Temporary Talent Acquisition Administrator supporting end to end recruitment activity.
2. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment records.
3. Manage candidate applications, shortlist support, and all interview scheduling and logistics.
4. Coordinate pre-employment checks (ID, Right to Work, security vetting).
5. Use internal systems to track vacancies, monitor progress, produce reports, and flag delays.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Ability to manage your own workload and meet timescales and SLAs.
7. Strong organisational skills, able to balancepeting tasks efficiently.
8. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
9. Confidentmunicating with candidates and coordinating interview logistics.
10. Familiarity with pre-employment andpliance processes.
11. Knowledge of public sector processes is desirable.
