A brilliant Scarborough employer is looking for a confident HR Administrator to jump in, take ownership of day-to-day HR tasks and help the team deliver a seamless service during a busy period for the business.
This role is ideal if you enjoy working in a structured HR environment, keeping processes organised and providing a calm and reliable point of support for managers and employees.
Some of the HR Administrator duties include:
1. Handling HR queries, emails and employee paperwork
2. Updating employee records, systems and trackers
3. Supporting recruitment administration, right to work checks and onboarding
4. Preparing letters, contracts and HR documents
5. Filing, scanning and maintaining accurate HR files
6. Assisting the wider HR team with any day to day tasks that arise
You must have previously worked in a HR environment, feel confident with HR processes and enjoy being the go-to person for accurate and timely admin support. A friendly approach, good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised will help you succeed.
This temporary role is full-time Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, for approximately 2 months, earning £ per hour.
