At Vertu Vauxhall Macclesfield, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join our friendly team of four. You’ll be based in our busy, high-footfall dealership on a vibrant retail park — a great location that brings in a steady stream of customers. You’ll have the opportunity to sell both new and used vehicles, giving you flexibility and variety in your role.
Our dealership is led by a stable and experienced management team. You’ll be supported by a culture that values collaboration, respect, and continuous learning — whatever your background or communication style, we want you to feel welcome.
What We Offer:
* A competitive basic salary of £22,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £45,000+
* A 40-hour work week, including Saturdays, with a guaranteed weekday off

What You’ll Do:
* Provide a warm, respectful, and customer-first experience from first contact to handover
* Help customers explore vehicle options based on their needs
* Actively build and maintain relationships through networking and prospecting, both in-person and online, to connect with future customers
* Work as part of a supportive, high-performing team focused on shared success
* Receive full training and ongoing development tailored to your learning style
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 12 months of experience in automotive sales
* Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and visual
* A strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience
* Flexibility to work weekends as part of your schedule
* A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
