Key Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with Logistics UK customers, driving service renewals and revenue growth through proactive account management. You’ll manage an existing client portfolio, win new members, and use the CRM system to track activities and uncover new opportunities, making a real impact on the business’s success.
* Manage Accounts – Oversee a large member portfolio, ensuring renewals, debt control, and annual growth.
* Drive Sales – Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, recruit new members, and manage the sales pipeline.
* Handle Leads – Pass qualified opportunities to field reps and maintain accurate customer records.
* Admin & Reviews – Complete post-sales administration and achieve daily account review targets.
* Promote & Represent – Promote LUK at events, conferences, and training sessions, occasionally with overnight stays.
* Collaborate & Uphold Values – Share best practices, support colleagues, and embody LUK’s core values.
Requirements
* Customer-Centric Mindset – Genuine interest in understanding customer needs through active listening and providing the right solutions.
* Sales or Account Management Background – Experience in outbound telesales or account management, with the ability to spot and develop new opportunities.
* Strong Interpersonal Skills – Comfortable engaging and building rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
