Salary details: £25,625.00 - £27,770.00 Annually (FTE) Bucks Pay Range 2 depending on experience. Salary to be pro rata to weeks & hours, example actual gross salary based on Range 2:13 £9,311 per annum.

About us
Abbey View Primary Academy is a new, state of the art academy in the heart of the Pine Trees Development in High Wycombe. Abbey View opened in September 2019 and was built to serve the nursery and primary education needs of the new development. In September 2022, we opened our Year 6 class in September 2023. We are a two-form entry primary academy, offering places from Nursery to Year 6 and wraparound care provision. Abbey View is a vibrant academy where children are enthusiastic and motivated to achieve. We want our children not just to achieve, but to exceed expectations and attain the very best results they can academically, creatively and personally. Our pupils take ownership of their learning, becoming highly aspirational and resilient learners.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join our professional, friendly and supportive team at Abbey View Primary Academy.
* To support pupils who experience social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties that impact their ability to learn and succeed.
* To build positive, mentoring relationships with pupils and help them develop self-regulation, resilience, and social confidence.
* To work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENDCo, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and promote inclusion
