As we continue to grow, we are seeking a committed and experienced Quality Manager to join our team and uphold our standards of quality assurance across all production lines.
The Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with all relevant regulations. This position requires a strong leader who can foster a culture of quality throughout the organization, implementing processes and standards that guarantee exceptional product quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
* Lead the quality assurance and quality control teams, providing direction, support, and professional development.
* Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Work closely with production management to ensure quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
* Establish and track key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement.
* Engage with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and adherence to quality standards.
* Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for all staff to promote a quality-focused culture.
* Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that the company adapts and remains compliant.
Working hours- Monday-Friday- Dayshift
* Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role within the food production or FMCG sector.
* In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, BRC).
* Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
* Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
