We have an exciting new vacancy for a Proactive Corporate Sales Executive to join the Sales team at Britannia Hotels. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UKs largest hotel groups, operating across 64 hotels nationwide. The successful candidate will play a key role in proactively developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth across our hotel portfolio.

Your duties will include:
Identifying, targeting and securing new corporate business opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
Managing and growing existing corporate accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
Conducting client meetings, presentations and site visits when required
Negotiating rates, contracts and business agreements
Working closely with reservations, events and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and client requirements
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and internal sales platforms
Required Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in corporate sales within the hotel or hospitality industry
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive and results-driven approach with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities when required
