£28,000 – £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing technology and telematics provider based in Crewe.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional looking to step into a senior sales role within a high-performing environment that offers strong earning potential and career progression.
You will be responsible for prospecting existing business customers, generating new opportunities, and cross-selling telematics solutions across a growing customer base.
What You’ll Be Doing

Making outbound calls to business customers to introduce telematics solutions

Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services to existing clients
*
Generating new business opportunities and building your own pipeline
*
Explaining product features and benefits to potential customers
*
Delivering online product demonstrations where required
*
Managing activity and pipeline through Salesforce CRM
*
Sourcing and prospecting your own sales data where appropriate
*
Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound sales or desk-based sales roles
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*
Confident in handling objections and negotiating with customers
*
A target-driven mindset with a strong track record of hitting KPIs
*
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
*
Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing sales team
