The Opportunity
A well-established professional services firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its London-based team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This hands-on generalist role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position and enjoys working closely with management to support the full HR lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

The Role
Reporting to senior management, the HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations and providing trusted guidance to staff and line managers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing recruitment processes: posting vacancies, liaising with agencies, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and preparing offer documentation.
* Coordinating onboarding and induction processes, including documentation and probation reviews.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records and systems (e.g., BrightHR).
* Providing first-line advice on HR and employee relations matters, supporting investigations and disciplinary processes where required.
* Overseeing training coordination and maintaining the firm's training matrix.
* Managing absence and holiday records.
* Preparing reports and updates for payroll.
* Supporting performance management processes and policy compliance.
* Monitoring the HR inbox and ensuring timely responses.
* Assisting with HR projects, policy updates, and audits.
About You:

Essential requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Administrator, Advisor, or similar role.
* Strong understanding of HR processes, confidentiality, and compliance.
* Experience supporting recruitment and employee relations.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise within a part-time schedule.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience using HR systems such as BrightHR is advantageous.
