B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Kingsditch Retail Park, Cheltenham!This is a full time, permanentposition and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.
You will also:
* Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
* Act as a role modeldisplayingexceptional service to our customers
* Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
* Coachcolleagues to develop the appropriate skills & knowledge
* Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
* Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!

It is essential that applicants have the following:
* Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
* Strong numerical and problem solving skills
* A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
* The ability to think on your feet
