Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week social housing project based in Blyth. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to health and safety and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day site operations
* Manage subcontractors and trades on site
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Maintain site records and documentation
* Conduct toolbox talks and ensure full compliance with H&S regulations
* Liaise with clients, tenants, and senior management
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
* Proven experience managing social housing or residential projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the full 10-week duration
