An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our busy and friendly HR team in central Swansea (Walter Road). You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and recruitment activities within our HR function. This includes handling sickness and absence management, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, and providing first-line Employee Relations advice and support for general HR queries. Strong IT skills are essential for this role, along with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities. A formal advanced-level qualification, such as CIPD or equivalent, is required. A full UK driving licence is also required.
