Sponsorship Sales Executive (Dorking)

The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for a Sponsorship Sales Executive to join a globally recognised events business, working on two of the most influential B2B automotive exhibitions in the calendar. This full-time, permanent role is primarily focused on new business sales, targeting organisations across the automotive, aerospace, marine, meteorological, and logistics industries.


Based in Dorking (3 days in office), the Sponsorship Sales Executive will sell exhibition stand space and sponsorship packages to clients in the UK and internationally. You'll be responsible for high-volume prospecting, outbound calls, meetings, and networking at trade shows. The role includes managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to rebooking and renewals. You'll also contribute to the creation of commercial sales materials and campaign strategies alongside the Event Director and Brand Manager.


Requirements:

To be considered for the Sponsorship Sales Executive role:

* A minimum of 1 year's experience in B2B media and events sales

* Demonstrable success hitting or exceeding sales targets

* Confidence managing outbound sales activity with tenacity and resilience

* Experience in the automotive sector is a bonus but not essential

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The Package for Sponsorship Sales Executive:

* £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary

* £10,000 OTE (year 1), paid quarterly

* 3 days per week in the Dorking office
