Senior Client Advisor – Luxury Watches (Harrods) We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to drive sales performance and develop a loyal client base within a luxury boutique environment at Harrods. This role focuses on exceptional clienteling, relationship building, and identifying new business opportunities within the Harrods ecosystem. You will play a key role in delivering a premium client experience while contributing to boutique operations, sales targets, and after-sales service. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual sales targets Build and develop long-term client relationships through strong clienteling Proactively recruit new clients and generate sales opportunities Deliver exceptional in-boutique and after-sales service Support boutique operations including merchandising, stock management, and reporting Participate in client events and networking initiatives Profile 7 years’ experience in luxury retail or high-end client service Mandatory prior experience within Harrods and strong understanding of its client base Proven clienteling and networking skills Watchmaking knowledge is a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially driven If you are passionate about luxury client experience and relationship-driven sales, we would love to hear from you.
