Responsibilities
* Ensuring sales targets and conversion rates are achieved
* Converting leads and exploring opportunities to cross sell to existing customers
* Follow FCA regulations & develop expertise in PMI/ Dental & Cash Plan Benefits
* Representing the company at networking events and exhibitions
* Ensuring the company’s CRM is kept up to date and all conversations are logged
* Building relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants
Qualifications
* At least 1 years’ experience in a sales role
* A strong negotiator and the ability to notice cross selling opportunities
* A passion for providing quality client care and successfully delivering results
* Someone who is confident, not afraid to ask questions with desire to excel
* Great written & communication skills and can adjust to different types of customers
* Previous experience in an FCA regulated business would be an advantage
