Description
We have an excellent opportunity to join our HR team as a Group HR Administrator at Newsquest Media Group Ltd. This role provides high-quality HR administration and customer service support to managers and employees across the UK.
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries. This is an ideal opportunity for an organised, people-focused individual with HR or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to develop their HR career.

Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing accurate first-line advice on policies and benefits
* Delivering general HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers
* Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts and other HR documentation
* Maintaining and updating HR systems and personnel files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and GDPR compliance
* Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new starters
* Minute taking as required
* Working closely with colleagues across the HR team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage a high volume of administrative tasks and prioritise competing deadlines
* Professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using HR or other business systems
A CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are keen to learn, grow and develop within HR.
