Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator & Developer –
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin & Developer to manage, customize, and enhance the Salesforce platform. This role blends configuration and development responsibilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
* Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
* Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
* Create and maintain reports and dashboards
* Ensure data quality, perform data imports/exports, and maintain data integrity
* Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
* Monitor system performance, security, and governance
Development:
* Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
* Build and customize applications based on business requirements
* Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
* Write test classes and ensure code coverage and quality
* Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
* Participate in code reviews and deployment processes
Required Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
* Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
* Experience with Flow automation and declarative tools
* Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and architecture
* Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce Administrator Certification
* Salesforce Platform Developer I (or higher)
* Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices
