The Role
As a Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing construction sites from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding company values.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations on designated projects

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements
*
Lead, motivate, and manage site staff and subcontractors
*
Programme works and monitor progress against deadlines
*
Manage quality control, ensuring work meets specifications and client expectations
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
*
Prepare and manage site documentation, reports, and handover processes
Requirements
*
SMSTS certification (essential)
*
NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Construction Site Management (essential)
*
CSCS Black Card (essential)
*
Proven track record as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on construction projects
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to programme and budget
